Andrew Gower is the creater of Runescape.This is an online multiplayer game that millions of kids all around the world. At 28 Andrew Gower has one of largest online multiplayer games in the world and is worth around over $650 million. He is the lead developer on this project. He was named the 11th most richest young entrepreneurs.

Arnold Swarzenegger
Arnold was born in austria. The fist time he step foot in a gym he had a dream of coming to USA to become a bodybuilder. He won various body building competitions such as Mr. Universe, and Mr. Universe European. He lived by three main concepts hard working, self confidence, and having fun. His main mentour was Joe Weigen, he help Arnold every step of the way to him becoming a famous actor. Arnold eventually started to publish a small newsletter on how to become bigger. Arnold was very business oriented and always had a plan-b. Arnold graduated from the University of Wisconsin with his business degree. Arnold is now a very well known actor, body builder, and now the governor of California and will be remebered by all the big Austrian that never gave up on his goals.

Be Discerning
Being discerning means to keep your eyes wide open and being aware of your surroundings. In Indonesia, tourists were not aware of what was happening when the tsunami was arriving so many lives were lost because they did not pay atteniton what was happening around them. This is a good sucess tip because it helps you get through life with out any difficulties.

Richard Branson is the founder of the company, Virgin.
He has created about 200 different small businesses.
His philosphy is that if you can run one company you can run many.
Virgin grosses roughly 25 billion a year.
Although he is deslexic, he has overcome many of challenges in life into creating many of different companies and becoming a multi-bilionaire.
-If you can run one company you can run many.
-All you need is good people and inspire them.
-25-50 billion dollar companies, 55,000 employees,
-Don't be afraid to put your dignity on the line,
-Building a plane to take passengers into space. ready in 12 months, testing for 12 more months. Then ready for costumers.
-Dislexic, not very bright in school, was very good in sports, was a natural born leader.
-Mom was very hard on him and his other siblings, she felt that they had to be very independent.
-Head Master said that he was either going to be a billionaire or go to prision.
-All you have in life is your reputation.
-Helps people in Africa from different diseases such as, milerhia, and HIV/ AIDS

Embracing Risk
What?
Embracing risk is something that you have to face during you lifetime to suceed and obtain. In life you can stand still which involve no risk and therefore you will not suceed.
So What?
When embracing risks, you have to seek for the right opportunities when you can prosper through it
Now What?
After listening to the teacher i now have an understanding of why facing risks help you prosper through life.
