-new school system destroys children's creativity
-school systems make mistakes seem like a really bad thing
-lived in England and now lives in Los Angeles
-whole world engulfed in revolution
-the world revolves around getting into university
-degrees dont mean as much as they did before
-more people graduate with degree's than they did since the beginnning of history
-to personalize education in the school system we could make teacheers teach a different way like make illustrations a what not....

-Grew up in Nigeria, Africa
-Lived there for 9 years
-Parents taught/ helped kids in Africa
-Moved around often when his family moved back to Canada
-Wanted to become a teacher but then decided that he didnt want to
-Was the top student painor in all Western Canada
-Started recruiting within two weeks
-Within nine months he was the top rep in North America
- Commuted from Chilliwack to Vancouver everday for 12 years
-Took mortgage broker liscence while he was working
-Worked from home when he was a mortagage broker
-Went to every course to learn how to make a deal with mortgages
-Has 11 brokers working with him
-Doesn't get paid till the deal is done
-Helps clients find the best product for them
-Just recently bough another company consisting of 11 more brokers
-Was nominated for top 5 brokers in Canada
-Is 19th in Canada for product sold

-His business partner died of cancer
-Became a billionaire at the age 31
-Wasn't good a socializing
-Sold his product very well
-Was a ruthless leader of his company and would whatever it took to be better than the next competitor

- Quit highschool to work and survive
- Worked his way up to manager of the Hobby House
- Had four kids with his wife in six years
- Named resaurant after his daughter Wendy
- Logo was taken from his daughter's face
- Wendy's took on like form it's own pioneered drive through window (improved business 50%)
- By 1978 there was 1000 Wendy's
- Beleived that everryone should work as hard as he did
